Eat Green Design - ‘pop up’ restaurant exploring sustainability

Adding a new dimension to Melbourne’s design and dining scenes, EAT GREEN DESIGN presents a temporary ‘pop-up’ restaurant and creative platform centred on sustainability. Adopting a refreshingly different and all-inclusive approach, it is designed as an incubator for sustainable thinking and awareness with a focus on encouraging inquiry, involvement and action.
An innovative menu focusing on locally produced, bio-dynamic and organic foods will be served up over the 5-day programme of lunches, dinners, seminars and events.
Unique design installations, products and creativity will be showcased within this inspiring must-see design collaboration.
