Mr David Craven, Executive Director, Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA), spoke about “Sustainable cities: The role of the Green Building Council“, at the Sustainable Cities Round Table, 1 August. As reported in the GBCA website, their mission is “…to develop a sustainable property industry for Australia and drive the adoption of green building practices through market-based solutions.” One of the GBCA’s most well-known projects is the Green Star Rating Tools.
