Model - New Green Building in Melbourne

January 4th, 2008

by Ferne Edwards

According to the Green Building Council’s website, 181 William Street is the latest project in Victoria to achieve a 5 Star Green Star - Office Design rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.

The building employs many technological and architectural initiatives that are set to improve performance in relation to energy consumption and minimize environmental impact. The building’s green features come as the result of a jointly funded partnership with the Sustainable Energy Authority Victoria (SEAV).
