Join us for this rare opportunity to hear Michael Reynolds – the “Garbage Warrior” – speak about Earthships and his sustainable principles during his first visit from New Mexico to Australia.
For over 40 years, architect Michael Reynolds has been teaching the world how to live sustainably, promoting a holistic way of living that involves natural and recycled materials, renewable energy and self-generated food and water supplies. Michael is a highly successful author, and has inspired a recent documentary, ‘Garbage Warrior,’ which celebrates his life and work.

Much attention has been paid in recent years to what seems to be a growing environmental conscience in the United States, and even more so concentrated in urban areas, such as cities like Melbourne with the help of passionate individuals and groups. Going green used to be considered expensive and a luxury for those who could afford the trend. Now it appears that we are learning that not only is adopting more environmentally conscious attitudes good for our economic situation, but also our….health? Yes, if we dig a bit deeper we can see that dirty industries and backwards policy is actually harming the health of the earth for our children and the health of her inhabitants today.

Umow Lai achieves Victorias first 6 Star Green Office Interiors rating – and delivers a 13% improvement in productivity
