METLINK is responsible for functions that cover the whole public transport network. They distribute complaints to the relevant transport operator, tracking the number and type of complaint received over time. The more complaints they receive the more likely it is that something will be done quickly to improve Melbournes public transport system.
So spread the word and let them know your transport troubles.
