Workshops will run from Feb – June 2009, it seems our Autumn workshops are starting to creep over into other seasons! Look out for our new sustainable gardening workshops including garden design, aquatic plants, propagation and seed saving, as well as some new cooking workshops including sacred grains, flatbreads and raw foods. Due to ongoing popularity we are also running more cheesemaking classes in 2009. The new program includes Blue vein cheese making and wash rind cheesemaking amongst the old fav’s Camembert, Fetta, Romano and Mozzarella. Get in early as these book out fast!!!
