I have known about this development for some time now as I live within its vicinity. This post prompted me to check it out earlier today in greater detail. It is still in an early stage, with only a sparse collection of competed houses and some undeveloped sections, though things look good.

That an array of important sustainability issues has been addressed is very welcome, especially since it is located in a semi-rural area that I environmentally hold dear.

Aurora itself is part of the expanding urban development occurring on the fringes of Melbourne's north in Epping and it seems to be the most sustainability-conscious.
