This campaign marks the 4th anniversary of the Make Poverty History campaign. It is part of the global initiative to lobby manufacturers and governments for a global ban on the pesticide Endosulfan, which has now been assessed as a Persistent Organic Pollutant (POP) under the criteria established by the Stockholm Convention. Endosulfan is banned in over 60 countries, but it is still permitted for use in Australia.

The World’s biggest pants amnesty unites 16 countries, tens of thousands of people and 10,000 farmers.
