We need more of this. I love how when theings aren't locked down, but clearly loved then they survive and prosper. Re: the council and "contamination" and "public risk" I think they were concerned about risk from contamination in wash water and people eating the food and getting sick. Potentially the council could be deemed liable as the food had come from their land. Great work! We need more of this.
