They include the Anti Nuclear Campaign, the Barmah Millewa - Justice for Land and People campaign, the Climate Justice Campaign, the Food Campaign and the Sustainability Working Group.
The Friends of the Earth Anti Uranium Collective campaigns against uranium mining, radioactive wastes, nuclear weapons and the irradiation of food. They work with local and indigenous groups affected by nuclear developments.
The Barmah Millewa - Justice for Land and People Collective in 2007 is organising a range of community events to work towards developing greater cooperation and discussion between environment, Indigenous and Social Justice Organisations about the Yorta Yorta struggle.
The Friends of the Earth Melbourne Food Campaign Collective meets and holds events to address food issues related to growing, processing and distributing food. These topics include supporting and promoting natural, non-chemical agriculture, the reduction of food packaging, while also working to support other groups who wish to set up thier own co-operatives and food buying groups.
The Sustainability Working Group was formed to foster imaginative discussions of sustainability by FoE members and supporters, and develop a people’s vision of sustinability. They meet via an online forum hosted by the Australian Sustainability Network and get together every few months for weekend workshops.
