Evolution – the Festival

Evolution: the Festival is a program of public events marking the 200th anniversary of the birth of Charles Darwin and the 150th anniversary of the publication of his revolutionary ideas.
The general public are invited to enjoy of a smorgasbord of events that explore themes with an evolutionary flavour including human health, global climate change, biodiversity, music, art, human history, the interface between science and religion, dinosaurs, the hobbit man, consumption and the global financial crisis. There is also ‘Evolution – the Dinner’.
