Quit Coal, Climate Action Moreland and Beyond Zero Emissions are putting on a whole night where people can come and watch climate activists trying to be funny! It is comedy for, by and about the climate movement. So it’s bound to be hilarious, right?
Plus it will be raising money to help people affected by climate change through Tulele Peisa, an organization of the people of the Carteret Islands who are organizing their own relocation as their islands are inundated by sea level rise.
So make sure you get down to the Brunswick Town Hall on November the 9th. There will drinks and prizes and the almost certain humiliation of environmental campaigners. Everybody’s favourite mining magnate Twiggy Palmcock will be making an appearance too!
Tickets $20 full, $15 concession, $30 proactive supporter, $50 Climate Champion!
BYO Tomatoes for throwing.
